　　田誌剛，男， 教授，博士生導師。 1956年10月11日出生，山東 萊州人。 1983年獲山西醫科大學醫學學士學位，1985年獲山東省醫學科學院免疫學碩士學位，1989年獲衛生部白求恩醫科大學免疫學博士學位。田誌剛當選中國工程院2017年增選院士。,

個人履曆

　　原山東省醫學科學院基礎醫學研究所所長、山東腫瘤生物治療研究中心主任、山東省腫瘤免疫與基因工程重點實驗室主任。中國科技大學生命科學學院，博士，博士生導師，教授，中國科技大學免疫學研究所所長，現任中國科技大學生命學院院長，兼美國國立衛生研究院癌症研究所研究員和日本金澤大學國立癌症研究所教授。國家自然科學基金生命科學部專家評審組專家，國家名詞（免疫學）評審委員會專家，中國免疫學會常務理事，中國抗癌協會理事，中國醫藥生物技術協會理事。

　　1993年開始五次赴美國國立衛生研究院癌症研究所進行合作研究，專門從事腫瘤免疫與抗癌基因工程藥物的研究與開發，在美研究期間的三項產品申報FDA並獲批進入臨床試驗。1996年成為國家"百千萬人才工程"一、二層次專家，2001年獲國際抗癌聯盟研究項目獎。1990年以來，共主持40餘項國家、省、部級等科研項目。現承擔國家傑出青年基金項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家973項目、國家863項目、中科院知識創新工程項目、安徽省十五重大醫藥專項項目。

成就榮譽

　　先後獲省部級科技進步二等獎3項、三等獎8項。近年來共發表論文250餘篇，英文刊物發表論文23篇，17篇收入SCI。在國內最先（1989年）綜合係統地引入腫瘤生物治療學。1989年創建國內第一家腫瘤生物治療研究機構（山東腫瘤生物治療中心）並發起創建"中國免疫學會腫瘤生物治療分會"並任副主任委員。建成國家衛生部批準的首批"細胞治療實驗室"，探索出三套腫瘤生物治療方案並應用於臨床。先後研製四類10餘種單抗和PCR試劑盒。自1990年起開展基因工程藥物研究，先後研製了IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、IL-15、IL-18、SCF、leptin等重組產品，部分轉讓中試工藝。被稱為“中國免疫第一人”。

　　生命科學學院和醫學中心田誌剛教授課題組與美國華盛頓大學醫學院Wayne Yokoyama院士合作，發現一群肝髒特有的自然殺傷（Natural Killer, NK）細胞並闡明該NK細胞具備其它常規NK細胞不具備的免疫記憶功能。該研究成果由我校博士後彭慧、博士生薑曉君和陳永琳曆時6年完成，為共同第一作者，發表於2013年4月出版的《臨床研究雜誌》（The Journal of Clinical Investigation）。

2017年11月27日，中國工程院發布2017年院士增選結果，田誌剛當選醫藥衛生學部院士。

研究興趣

　　主要研究天然殺傷（NK）細胞的基礎生物學特性、相關生物治療技術與重組產品及其用於治療重大疾病（癌症、傳染病、自身免疫病、器官與骨髓移植）的應用基礎研究。
